Commercial Assistant for Project Management of Third-Party Funds, Grants and Finances

To enhance our research management, we are looking for a Commercial Assistant (m/f/d) for project management with a focus on third-party funds, grants and finances in full or part time. The responsibilities include the administrative support of national and international third-party funded projects, the preparation and monitoring of calls for funds as well as regular account audits, budget control or the preparation of finance reports for project managers et al. The candidate’s qualifications are, for example, a completed commercial or comparable apprenticeship, initial experience with projects of public and/or private funding organizations. Employee IT

To increase our IT management, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) as soon as possible. The main focus of the position is maintaining the IT infrastructure and the institute’s own data network, application software, hardware, periphery and biomedical equipment as well as 1st & 2nd level IT support. Qualifications will include a strong knowledge of system and server administration (Windows Client and Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Exchange, Office365, software distribution), database and network administration in addition to the capability in solving issues fast and efficiently. Student Assistant Administration

We are looking for a student assistant (m/f/d) to support our Administration Department asap. You will be expected to assist in restructuring projects in our main administration as well as in the area of Accounts Payable. Your qualifications are the efficiency in Microsoft Office, independent working & organization skills, good communication & teamwork skills as well as very good effective verbal communication in German & English.
