To enhance our research management, we are looking for a Commercial Assistant (m/f/d) for project management with a focus on third-party funds, grants and finances in full or part time. The responsibilities include the administrative support of national and international third-party funded projects, the preparation and monitoring of calls for funds as well as regular account audits, budget control or the preparation of finance reports for project managers et al. The candidate’s qualifications are, for example, a completed commercial or comparable apprenticeship, initial experience with projects of public and/or private funding organizations. To increase our IT management, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) as soon as possible. The main focus of the position is maintaining the IT infrastructure and the institute’s own data network, application software, hardware, periphery and biomedical equipment as well as 1st & 2nd level IT support. Student Assistant Administration

You will be expected to assist in restructuring projects in our main administration as well as in the area of Accounts Payable.
