Administration

The Finance and Administration department is responsible for an annual financial volume of around 12 million euros and supports around 100 employees. Since July 2024, it has been headed by Mr. Gernot Ruffing, who is supported by Mr. Robert Dornberger. Administration focuses in particular on finance and accounting, controlling, information technology, digitalization & research data management, data protection, facility management, purchasing management, occupational safety, sustainability, compliance, diversity, HR management, staff retention and development as well as work-life balance.
