EU Coordinator

We are currently looking for an EU Coordinator (m/f/d). In addition to the implementation and management of EU projects at the research institute, the main focus of the coordinator’s position will be consulting our researchers on the planning of EU and scientific applications as well as on the management of project funding. The coordinator will also be responsible for the public relations of the supervised EU projects. A completed university degree in life sciences, a doctorate and first experience as a postdoc are of advantage. As a applicant you will have gained experience in project management of externally funded projects, ideally EU projects, or comparable experience in science or research management. Allrounder Accounting

To strengthen our financial accounting department, we are looking for an allrounder (m/f/d) in accounting as soon as possible. Tasks such as processing and booking of all creditors’ transactions with all the corresponding adjustment operations with SAGE, from the monitoring and processing of payment transactions both nationally and internationally, execution of the budget requests and preparation of the reports on the use of funds, preliminary and final reports, up to controlling, invoice checks and audits, you will have a very good level of German and English, you will be authoritative and competent in your communication and you are always friendly. To increase our IT management, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) as soon as possible. The main focus of the position is maintaining the IT infrastructure and the institute’s own data network, application software, hardware, periphery and biomedical equipment as well as 1st & 2nd level IT support.
